- This single family, 2100 square foot, home is located on the wide intra-coastal waterway on the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach with a private dock. The home has a pool, fenced in yard and outstanding views. You can relax and play in the pool, go boating, fishing, stroll to the wide sandy beach, only 2 blocks away, or enjoy the abundance of attractions available just a short hop away. The large living room has six sliding glass doors, which open out onto the pool deck with incredible views of the waterway. The master bedroom has two sliding glass doors that open up to the pool and
waterway. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with everything you will need, and a view of the pool and water when in the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer in the garage.
Check in is 4 pm and check out is 9 am.
For monthly rates, please send an inquiry for available discounts.
There is a fee of $35 per day to have the pool heated.
Cleaning fee $250.00
$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets, cats need to be declawed. May approve additional pet depending on the pet, type.
All rent is due at the time of booking
