New listing! Be one of the first to stay in this remodeled home that just started renting in July 2025! A perfect location right in the heart of downtown Largo. Just a short 0.3 mile walk to the family friendly Highland Recreation or 0.5 mile walk to the beautiful Largo Central Park. Highland Recreation features a peaceful shaded walking trail around the lake, outdoor gym, courts, playground, pool and indoor playground and state of the art gym. Largo Central Park is great for events, playground, kids train ride and more! Just a short drive to our favorite beaches, Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach. Beach towels and games provided. *Check out IRB Chairs on Facebook or www.irbchairs.com for beach gear rentals.

Enjoy a tranquil view from the living room and kitchen. Seating area on turf out front to enjoy birds in the shade of the oak trees. You can even walk across the street to feed ducks and turtles at the lake. Driveway is able to fit two trucks/SUVs, potentially 3 cars.

This is a beautiful and very clean home. We stayed for 3 nights and the host was very nice to give us extended checkout because we arrived late. Very close to everything. Will recommend to anyo e needing a nice place to stay.
