Beach is just steps from the townhouse!No busy street to cross and townhouse is located in the west end of the complex by the beach away from the street! Newly renovated with new king size beds and flat screen tv's in both bedrooms, all new linens, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen with all the tools you would need to cook a meal if you decide to dine in. Fresh paint, carpet and tile. Two full baths one downstairs and the one upstairs which have been completely redone. New windows and brand new ac/heat unit. Full size washing machine and dryer. Loft area includes new pull out couch with a memory foam mattress topper, flat screen tv, board games & playing cards for the young and the adults...Great area for the kids! All you need for the beach including beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, toys and an umbrella! Walking distance to a great sandwich shop, fresh seafood restaurants, ice cream shops and bars!

We highly recommend this property. The place is bright and "beachy" You'll feel like you're home. Pool to the right, ocean to the left. Everything was very relaxing. They really have thought of everything. Already booked for next year.

Just steps from the beach, this is the perfect getaway. Very clean with everything you could possibly need. Spacious & comfortable. Love the deck for morning coffee with the sea breeze or evening sunsets. We will be back!

This renovated condo is awesome!Very clean and a great beach view from the balcony. Beatiful condo with very easy access to both the beach and the pool. The host was great. She responded to any questions that we had immediately and was very pleasant to talk to.

Beautiful view of the beach that is just steps away. Condo comes with all you need to enjoy a day at the beach...lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys and much more.We were very happy with the comfort of the condo. The host had plenty of supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, bath soap, etc. that made the stay even better without the added cost of having to purchase these items.Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Place to Stay

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is fantastic. The beach was only steps away and the townhouse came with all the beach stuff we could possibly need. The property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this condominium was great. The place was clean and kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and stores. There was plenty of beach chairs and towels and so great to be right on beach.

This home was amazing! We stayed with four adults and two children, and we had plenty of room. It was perfect for our family. There was a pool and very close to the beach. There was also everything you could possibly need for the beach will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Family Vacation

When you are in the Tampa area and need a beach oasis escape, DO STAY HERE!! Everything is simply perfect! It is immaculately clean. Super cute and great layout. The beach is steps away, perfect for morning walks, watching evening sunsets and everything in between. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Communication with the owners is easy and top notch. We will absolutely be back!

This townhouse was exactly as advertised. It was very well decorated and stocked and most importantly, it was extremely clean. And I could not have asked for a better location. Leanne had great communication and was very responsive.
