Beautiful condo

We loved staying here. They provided everything needed for a beach trip. Condo was very clean. Needs a few things fixed, sliding glass doors and toilet seat but other than that it was perfect!

Great stay 1st time treasure island

Great beach, pool on site. Cafe on site makes breakfast easy. Less than a mile to johns pass. Free cab is fun, but can sometimes be a wait. Treasure island mile long path is one block over at beach with nice restaurants/bars on the walk. Will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

The condo was very clean and comfortable, stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the fantastic beach view from our balcony! My granddaughter was super excited when she saw the beach toys (thank you for that). The Hosts were very receptive to communication. If available for our next vacation we will be booking another stay here.

Great pool

My family loved staying here! The beach was beautiful and the pool is huge. It's an easy 1/2 mile walk to a great restaurant for dinner and just a little further, over the bridge, are a lot more options and shopping. The restaurant right IN the building has great breakfast burritos too. Would definitely stay here again. It was a little confusing to figure out where to park when we first got there but we liked having the assigned spot.

Great location

This was a great place for our vacation. As listed in previous reviews, there was a few things that need repaired like the bathroom vents and the sliding glass door, but other than that this was perfect for our family of 4. The pool area was nice, but we did not utilize it much, because we were right on the beach! John’s Pass was just a quick 10 minute walk away. Our teens walked down there regularly as did us adults. This unit had beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and some sand toys for the kids. Beach towels were not included, which was no big deal. Some units had them and some did not. Would stay here again for sure!!

Great property

Rooms were very nice and clean. Had everything you need for a stay on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella!! Which I lnew before we packed the car down. Plenty of pots and pa s to cook in the room of you want. Noce that you have a key code, so you dont have to worry about taking a key card each time you left. Would definitely stay there again. room.

Sunset Vistas St. Pete

We stayed 3 nights and had a good time the place is clean the only downside is the first 2 days cool and windy weather March 5,and 6 2025, the unit is very clean the pool not heated use the hot tub instead. Inside the unit exhaust fan in both bathrooms not working the master bedroom has no toilet paper holder the master bedroom sliding glass door would not open and there was a noticed on the counter top exhaust fan needed repair since last month. But overall the place is good.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and clean when we arrived and the property was perfect. Only negative to say about the condo is there was no cable so we could watch Sunday Night Football or the morning weather/news, not a huge issue just would have been nice.

Everything You’ll Need for a Relaxing Getaway

Two friends and I stayed here for three nights to get away from cold, gray winter for a spell. We slept soundly on the beds, including the comfy pullout sofa. The complex is big, but not noisy at all. The balcony overlooks the beach from a short distance. The area is about a 0.5-1 mile walk to the commercial areas with restaurants, a Publix, and a Dolphin Quest boat ride. All walkable, safe, and pleasant. What more could you need? We used the beach chairs and towels to loaf around outside, and there’s a cooler and other beachy things should you need them. Thank you for making our stay easy breezy and enjoyable.

Too many issues

We arrived in the evening and found a note from the cleaning crew that they couldn’t make the master bed because the dryer took too long to dry the sheets. Upon trying to make the bed, the sheets were stained. Then the master bathroom smelled terrible from probably being cleaned with dirty sponges. The shower curtain smelled as well. We had to go to Target to get new sheets and shower curtain. Even more distressing was the handle to the sliding glass door was broken and hanging from a screw. A call to Carter Coastal Vacations had them out the next morning recleaning the bathroom and changing the sheets. The door handle was fixed on Monday. I was told my cleaning fee would be returned, but no refund issued. They did respond to my issues, but I don’t feel that these things should have happened in the first place, especially with the amount paid to rent it. On top of that, the resort rented out the restaurant for a wedding with a live DJ on Friday evening. It ended at 10, but hard to put small children to bed with that noise level, especially when we had to get up early to leave by 10 AM. The grounds are very nice, but too many issues for me to ever consider returning.

First time to Treasure Island with family

Overall the stay at Sunset Vista was great. Had a bar and cafe in premise, Right on the beach, within minutes of everything to do. There was a couple minor issues with the room but not a big deal. Property management was very communicative and prompt with responses. The elevators need to be overhauled or replaced. One was not working and the other two were slow and during rides it was pretty warm, no ventilation or AC. Staff was very friendly too.
