Wake up and watch the dolphins at your kitchen table!! You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Delacado is located on the intercostal water ways of Treasure Island/ Sunset beach FL. One of the largest docks on the island for viewing the boats and marine life. If you like to fish the fishing off the dock is excellent! This Beautiful studio apartment with an efficiency is calling your name. A short walk to the beach- aprox 150 yards.

Cute quiet old Florida neighborhood. Close to the beach, lots of nice neighbors!

Walking around is great! Closest restaurant is about .6 of a mile.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)
