It’s definitely an old hotel. They have tried to make it into a resort but not quite there yet. They charge for the room, resort fees and then charge you to park. One of the pools was supposed to be adult only after 3 and that was never enforced. Serving was extremely slow in the restaurants. E ended up leaving Luma. We had waited at our table for a very long time with no service.

Room was clean and very nice. Facilities were excellent. VRBO process needs clarity regarding the facilities fee! Add it to the room fee and quite trying to hide it. Also parking fee is unacceptable. Include it too!!! If you think you need to!
