Sol Vacation: Relaxing and Confort in one place

Sol & Luna Vacation is a comfortable and beautiful place to relax and enjoy your vacation, with 1800 Sq Ft. It’s located 15 min from Clearwater Beach, the top rated beach in the country. 15 min from Indian Rocks, 20 minutes from St Petersburg Beach and other great beaches. Countryside mall is a great place to shop. Many restaurants and many Nights Clubs in the surrounding area.

The owners have an attached efficiency apartment (in the garage) with an independent entrance, and it’s used for two or three guests. Guests in the garage are not allaw to use the pool or back patio. The laundry room is in a side of the house, LAUNDRY DOOM IS SHARED. Please feel free to use it from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Pool cleans: Some of our neighbors have trees, and their leaves fall into our yard, so the pool company service get done it twice days a week, usually Monday and Thurday.

We have a big and spacious living room with a 65” TV with access to the internet. We don’t have TV CABLE, just Netfli for entertainment,

The dining room has a big dinner table with 6 chairs and a TV also.
The kitchen is well equipped: microwave, blender, (no dishwasher), three bar stools. We provide base cooking (oil, salt, paper, sugar, etc.)

Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a spacious independent bathroom, 2 extra rooms, one with a queen bed and the other one with a bunk bed. We have two extra sofa beds in the dining room and two more bathrooms, the have house has capacity for 9 people but the price is based on 7 people. If you are planning to come with more than 7 people, please ask the owner. The  other 2 people will have extra charge.
