Welcome to Clearwater Getaway Retreat! Please follow these house rules to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Check-In & Check-Out: Please follow the designated check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval.

Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 18 registered guests is permitted, subject to applicable local occupancy regulations. Additional visitors require prior approval.

No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the home. Please dispose of smoking materials responsibly outdoors.

Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Hot Tub Safety: Use the hot tub at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No glass containers, food, soaps, or bath products are allowed in the hot tub. Please replace the cover after use and do not tamper with the equipment.

Children & Bunk Beds: Children must be supervised when using the hot tub and outdoor amenities. Upper bunk beds are not suitable for children under age 6. Please follow all posted safety instructions.

Kitchen & Coffee Station: Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen and coffee station. Please clean appliances, dishes, and countertops after use and turn off cooking equipment when finished.

Property Care: Treat the home, furniture, linens, and amenities with care. Report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

Cleanliness & Trash: Dispose of garbage in designated bins, clean up spills, and leave the home in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.

Pets: Pets are permitted only with prior written approval, subject to applicable fees and restrictions. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable laws.

Parking: Park only in designated parking areas. Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, or streets.

Safety & Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Do not tamper with security devices, smoke detectors, hot tub equipment, or safety systems.

Check-Out Responsibilities: Please wash used dishes, dispose of trash, return furniture to its original location, and secure the home before departure.
