This memorable house has 4 bedrooms including 3 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 full bed and 2 bathrooms. Our open concept kitchen and lounge area will allow you to cook and share special moments with loved ones. Out doors you'll find a caged heated pool (4ft and 5 ft deep), hot tub and a spacious deck and outside the pool area you'll find an open spacious backyard with a grilling and dining area. Ample parking space for at least 10 cars. Pet friendly.

retreat, offering a perfect balance between comfort and style. Bedrooms: Four light and airy bedrooms that reflect our personal taste and love for the beach , nature and spending special moments with loved ones. We have decorated the
bedrooms with artwork and accents that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional.
Each room features cozy bedding and storage space.
● MASTER BEDROOM-You and three other guests will sleep comfortably on two queen
sized beds as well as enjoy a private ensuite bathroom ,views of the yard, closet space
and television for a truly rejuvenating experience.
● QUEEN ROOM-Find warmth and relaxation in this inviting space with a queen-size bed,
charming décor, television and a shared bathroom directly across from the room.
● TWIN FULL SHARING-This unique room is Versatile and cheerful, the playful starscape
décor, and easy access to shared spaces...perfect for friends, children or solo travelers.
This room has a view of the pool and a cherry wood bunk bed with a twin bed on top and
full bed on the bottom.
● PLAYFUL SUN-ROOM-Lite and airy as the other rooms, this sunroom with bright surfer
and beach décor will make you feel cozy as you enjoy games with friends and have
direct access to the pool. You can also rest and relax on the comfortable sofa that

converts into a queen size sleeper. This room is also adorned with French doors that
have curtains and lock for added privacy .

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with plenty of lush towels and all the toiletries that you need
One bathroom is located in the master suite and the other is shared and located right around the
corner from the kitchen area. Both are equipped with modern amenities and everything you need
to either start your day or refresh after a day at the beach.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, and other modern appliance and utensils that you’ll need for cooking. This area is an open concept with a lounge area where you can relax and watch TV also - equipped with garden décor ,dining table for 8 and two lounge chairs. This space boasts plenty of counter space as well to create your own culinary delights
and gather around the dining table or enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar.

**For your convenience, you will find cleaning supplies under the sink. Feel free to use them to tidy up after meals or address any spills promptly. Also for your convenience you will find plastic
plates and cups to bring outside as glass is not allowed in the pool area.
Outdoor Spaces: Indulge in a swim in our caged pool, 5 feet deep on one end and 4 feet deep
on the other. You will find loungers all around the pool and when the weather gets a bit chiller for
$100 per stay if it's no more than 5 days. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It will be heated up to 20-30 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.

Additional outdoor spaces including a quaint paved patio with grill and dining area. Breathe easy
in this space as you dine and enjoy the view of lush palms and plants or simply relax on one
of the hammocks stationed in this serene area.

Entertainment and amenities : From intimate conversations in cozy corners to group
conversations and playing board games around the fire pit or in the sun room every area of our

property has been created so you can relax and enjoy. Unwind, connect, and make lasting
memories in this exceptional vacation retreat. Our home offers tv entertainment in 3 of the
bedrooms as well as one on the kitchen/lounge area. Sit and relax outdoors to watch a movie as
well with our easy to use projector.

**A rental agreement is going to be sent once you complete your booking, to receive the door code you MUST sign the agreement.
**We have to propane tanks, one for the firepit and other for the grill. We don't offer refills but you can do at Walmart which it's 3 min by car.
Beyond the pool, discover

We don't provide propane tank filled, we have two tanks, one for the grill and the other for the fire pit. If you want to fill them you can do it in Walmart which is 3 mins from the house by car.

Rules

1. Security and Safety:

● Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Do not
prop open doors or let anyone into the home who is not a registered guest.
● Maximum number of guests is 12.
2. Damages and , items broken or missing:
● Guests will be responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Inventory
is taken as well before and after each guest and items missing will be reported.
Please report any issues to the host immediately.
3. Kitchen Use:
● Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself. Do not
leave dirty dishes in the sink after check out.
4. Garbage and Recycling:
● Dispose of garbage and recycling in the designated bins. Instructions for waste
disposal can be found in our guide book.
5. Utilities:
● Conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and heating when not in use or
when leaving the property.
6. Internet Usage:
● Use the provided Wi-Fi responsibly and refrain from illegal activities.
7. Parking:
● Adhere to the designated parking areas and respect neighbor's parking spaces. If no
parking is available, please find suitable parking. There is an 10 car maximum only on
the concrete space. No street parking or lawn parking allowed.
8. Emergency Procedures:
● Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures listed in our guidebook including
the location of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency exits and emergency
pool tools .
9. Respect for Property:
● Treat the property with respect, as you would your own home. Do not rearrange
furniture without permission.
10. Quiet time is 11 P.M. -7 A.M.
