  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Vacation in Treasure Island Florida.

The house was very nice and close to the beach but the bathrooms were dirty as were some of the rooms and the kitchen .The main issue was cleanliness. We paid a lot of money to clean the house but the company that cleans it for you is doing a very poor job .Otherwise every was fine .

Great location

Great house on Sunset, walking distance to Caddy’s and Katiki on the beach as well as convenience store and other restaurants. House is well stocked with a simple in and out process. Great for multiple family members, didn’t have to drive anywhere.

Great location, well equipped, close to the beach and perfect view of sunset over the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Probably stay there again when we return to St. Pete.

Can’t beat the location

A few steps from the beach which is stunning at sunset and lovely in daytime. Also nice and quiet at night. Host was quick to respond and kind. Everything about the house is as advertised—very convenient location.

Amazing beach getaway

We absolutely LOVED our visit. The location is beyond perfect. The house came with so many amenities for the beach and loved the outdoor rinse off station. We had 3 littles with us and thought the house was extremely kid friendly. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and we will be back!!

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. The house's ammenities, proximity to the beach and access to local establishments can be beat. This house checks every box! We will be back again next year.

Holidays at the beach

Just as described. Well appointed next to beach, bars and restaurants. This was our third visit to Sunset Beach with our young adult kids. Perfect R&R and this beautiful house was exactly as described.

Gorgeous home and amazing neighborhood.

I booked this stay for a friends wedding that was in treasure island, and being so close to caddys made it so convenient (amazing food). The home was nice and clean comfortable stay for us and had all the supplies we needed for our week stay. I would book this in a heartbeat again, its litterally a few hundred feet and you're in the ocean.

Stayed for a bachelorette party!

Loved the property. We had 8 girls, and everyone was comfortable. Air mattresses are provided with extra blankets - we barely had to leave with everything so accessible. Would recommend to any of my friends now and in the future. Thank you, Steve, for making our weekend incredible!

Christmas in Treasure Island

Loved being so close to the beach. The home was nice but needs a good cleaning. Closets and under the sinks were cluttered. But it has a very relaxed vibe.

Amazing Location!

We really enjoyed our stay. You are literally across the street from a great beach, Caddy's the restaurant opens at 8 and has a good menu and good service. There is shopping nearby, but we spent all our time at the beach. The house has a cart and some toys available too which was really nice. There are a lot of stairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs and share one bathroom. There is full bath on the main floor along with a full size washer and dryer which is really nice. There was everything we needed in the home. I wish there were some stand-up or box fans we could have used for more air flowing the bedrooms and white noise. I would describe the beds as firm. Overall we would definitely look for this property again when staying in the area.

Best sunset beach vacation spot

Seconds to the beach, so much in food, shops, convenience in walking distance. The house was very accommodating, host was prompt and very professionally friendly. Great parking. Thank you for hosting our family vacation to one of our favorite locations! We will be back!

The home was lovely. When we arrived there was trash on a balcony and broken items in the kitchen/ living room area. Our biggest complaint was the listing stated there was a pack and play, baby gates and strollers. We did not bring any of these items and they did not exist in the home. The info book in the home mentioned they were in the garage but they were not. We ended up purchasing a pack and play, that we also had to pay to bring home. With 2 sets of stairs, missing baby gates was a challenge too. The location was fabulous. The host was communicative but I'm not sure they visit the property often enough.

The house is great. The supplies that are at the house are great there was cooking oli plus salt & pepper so we didn’t have to run to the store in the first day that we got here. The proximity to the beach is Excellent it is just a two minute walk the house was clean. We have no issues with the AC with fans though out the house. The rules were very specific to the point so that was easy to follow. Would stay here again in the area.Beautiful sunsets and the beach was not crowded.

Great beach getaway

Very clean and so close to the beach you could easily walk to and from the home as needed to get snacks or for a short break from the beach without the hassle of finding or paying for parking. Lots of space in the house to spread out for our family of 6 with multiple bathrooms and a family friendly town. Best beach rental we have had so far!

St Pete Beach Wedding Weekend

This house is located a very short walk from the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked. There were plenty of bath & beach towels. The house had been cleaned prior to our arrival. There are a lot of steps if anyone has physical limitations, but for our group the steps were fine. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and in a great location. Close to most everything. Very spacious for a party of 7 adults. However the thing that sold us on the booking was the idea of having a beach wagon to carry things to and from the beach easily. And the access to a gas grill. We didn’t have either of these items available at the house. There was a very small charcoal grill that took a long time to grill for 7 people.
