This is our family’s beach home and we are excited to share it with you! We hope you love IRB as much as we do and are here to help guide you to make this your best beach stay.

This spacious home is perfect for families or groups, featuring a master room with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second room with a queen bed, and a third room with two full beds. The fourth room serves as an office/bedroom, equipped with a trundle day bed that offers two twin beds. Guests will appreciate the convenience of a guest bathroom with a tub and double sinks. Each room boasts generous closet space, and you’ll find a washer and dryer in the garage for added convenience. The full kitchen comes fully equipped with all essentials, and we’ve provided pool and beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys for your outdoor adventures. Enjoy grilling on the outdoor grill and dining al fresco at the table for six next to the pool, with back sliders that create a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. Your perfect getaway awaits!

Eco-Friendly Retreat – Clean, Safe, Non-Toxic
Welcome to your healthy home-away-from-home! Our space is thoughtfully designed for guests who value comfort and well-being. From the moment you step inside, you’ll notice the difference: fresh, inviting, and completely free from harsh chemicals.

Our home is cleaned exclusively with non-toxic, plant-based, fragrance-free products—no harsh chemicals, no synthetic air fresheners, plug-ins, or harmful sprays, just fresh, safe comfort. Perfect for sensitive travelers or anyone who values a clean, healthy environment.

Our pool heater is free to use from November 15 to April 30 — perfect for a cozy swim during the cooler months! (up to 80 degrees, $25 per day if wanting higher.)

If you’d like the pool heated between May 1 and November 14, there’s a small additional charge of $30 per day.

The home is about one mile across the bridge from the beach. It is also conveniently less than one mile from CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Publix, two dollar stores, gas stations and restaurants!
