Great location

Enjoyed my stay. Location was ideal. Easy to walk to downtown St Pete, museums, Central Ave, Publix grocery and CVS, Cross Bay Ferry, USF, Catholic church and Tropicana Field. One block away from John Hopkins Children's hospital so did hear helicopters landing and ambulances at times but never late at night. Adjacent to I-175 entrance, noise was not an issue and it made it easy to access. Plenty of room in the unit, good kitchen and shower space. No issue with parking in reserved spot. Good communication with management company.

Not a good experience

1. TV will randomly stop working while in use 2. Hot water heater, popping breaker for no apparent reason 3. Not all the outlets work specifically next to the bed to charge phones had to plug into the surge protector that is hanging from the wall via screws and zip ties 4. Dishes were not cleaned had to clean them before using them specifically coffee cups and bowls 5. Floors and furniture, dusty, dirty with hair etc 6. Towels should be replaced they are old and beat up 7. Front door latch not working correctly needs to be adjusted or oiled 8. Overhead light in living room, not working with switch
