A charming Florida apartment, less than 100 yards to the gorgeous, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortably furnished and thoughtfully equipped, two-bedroom, one-bath, first-floor apartment. The apartment features a full kitchen, back patio, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, HDTV, and complimentary access to laundry facilities. We are adjacent to a beautiful waterfront park with a sand volleyball court and a block away from the Splash Harbor Waterpark.
- Perfectly located in the heart of town, just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and bars. With two free parking spots right at your door, you can park the car and explore everything on foot. Everything you need—fun, food, and essentials—is within walking distance.
Enjoy the convenience of two free parking spaces outside your door. Rentals for bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and jet skis are close by, and the beach trolley makes it easy to travel along the coast.

Great beach cottage in IRB

Wonderful cottage for a weekend or week long get-a-way. It was very clean and had welcome snacks & sanitizer supplies for you to use. Close to restaurants, shops and included everything you need for a day at the beach. Communication was great and parking a breeze!!

Indian Rocks Beach cozy getaway

My son and I enjoyed a wonderful stay. The public beach access was a 2 minute walk from our front door. The accommodations included many personal touches including snacks, toiletries, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella and cooler. There were fresh beach towels for us to use as well. We loved our home away from home for the week.

Well stocked unit in a great location

I was pleasantly surprised at all the amenities in this unit - all the beach equipment we wanted, toiletries, even a toothbrush in case we forgot ours. The location cannot be beat with a back patio overlooking the intercoastal and just a block to the beach. Dave was communicative and available if we needed anything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Trail. Not only was it super clean and well equipped, but they had also stocked our apartment with many goodies for us and our pets. If you go, you will not be disappointed.
