☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
In this spacious home, you will find 5 beach-themed bedrooms. The master is located right off of the game room, equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.

On the other end of the house, there are four more bedrooms. The first has another king bed & dedicated workspace. Just down the hall is the third bedroom, with two twin beds. Further down the hallway is the fourth bedroom, with a queen bed and another dedicated workspace. Just around the hallway is the fifth and final bedroom, with a bunk bed that is equipped with full & twin sized beds.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The first of the two bathrooms is attached to the master bedroom, with a shower/tub combo and direct access to the screened-in porch. Around the other end of the house is the second bathroom, with two sinks and another shower/tub combo. Both bathrooms carry in the beach-theme from the rest of the house!

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
Brand new kitchen, completely remodeled! Brand new appliances, open concept, and fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials (yes, including a Keurig & coffee pods), you will have all you need to serve a full course meal to your whole family staying here!

Off to either side of the kitchen, you will find dining tables with enough seating to accommodate 16 (+ bar seating). One dining area is open to the game room while the other is open to the main living room.

The main living room has tons of comfy seating and some of the most abstract beach design you will find! Such a fun, cozy space that will provide enough space and entertainment to host a family of up to 12. Equipped with a smart TV, games, fun murals, and direct access to the amazing backyard.

The most stunning part of this home - the pool table room! This is your first sight as you walk inside, and probably where you will spend most of your time while you're here! Tons of outdoor seating, lots of dining options (including a passthrough window to the kitchen with bar seating), and a big pool - all within the comfort of a screened-in porch! On those warm summer nights, no need to worry about the bugs; you can still enjoy the beautiful Florida nature from the safety of staying inside the screens! The best of both worlds.

Feeling adventurous? Feel free to venture outside of the screened porch for even more entertainment and amenities. Wood burning fire pit, corn hole, a playground, BBQ grill, and space to run around with your pets in this fully-fenced yard is everything you could need. We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
