  • Two private units on one waterfront lot with a shared dock, grill, firepit, and a backyard on the water. The Seashell is a 2BR/1BA with a fireplace and pullout sofa. The Dolphin is a 1BR/1BA with its own gated entrance. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two full kitchens, sleeps up to 10. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Johns Pass is less than a mile for seafood, dolphin tours, and boat rentals. Bring the whole family, bring the dog, bring the fishing rods.
    Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the property. A violation will result in a $250-500 cleaning fee to cover deep cleaning, odor removal, and any necessary repairs.
