Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all doors are locked. Please leave key inside the key box hanging in the front door handle. If key is lost then a $300 fee will be charged to replace all locks.
Please turn off all lights (inside and outside) and TVs and make sure all toilets are flushing properly and inform the host of any plumbing issues.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
