Come and enjoy our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse located ½ mile from the beach and a mile from the Pier Village!
Ground floor offers a 2-car garage with an elevator that can take you to all 3 floors! First floor has a large open-concept kitchen, dining room, living room combo with a 55” TV and half bath. Off the living room is a back porch with two chairs to enjoy the fresh air. Perfect for entertaining friends and family! Second floor offers a master suite with a king bed, 42” TV, spacious walk-through closet and beautiful master bath. The second floor also has two additional bedrooms, both with a queen bed, and an additional full bath.
Demere Landing also has a swimming pool ensuite for your use. Unit includes WiFi, cable TV, gorgeous hard-wood floors throughout, and with its charming coastal-themed feel, you'll quickly find yourself escaping to island time! Whether you're looking to hit the beach, do some shopping, eat at some of the best local restaurants, or relax by the pool, this townhouse offers it all!
One dog under 25lbs welcome for a $150 pet fee.

Almost afraid to say how much we like this property. We don't want the secret to get out! We will be coming back to this property for sure. Super well equipped, clean and comfortable.
This was our first time in these units, and we enjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The garage and parking was a little tight but doable. The pool was not close to our unit and it was on the small side in my opinion, but still nice. Perfect location for the price. Everything was a quick golf cart ride down the street.
My best friend and I took my daughter and her son to stay. The location was amazing. So close to everything. They had bicycles we could ride and my daughter and myself rode quite a few mornings to the pier. We saw dolphins swimming during high tide. The elevator was a lifesaver as I'm extremely OCD and pack for any possible scenario. Saint Simons has become my happy place. Wonderful and beautiful rental. Highly recommend.
The property and grounds in the Salty Air condos are just gorgeous! Such a tropical feel! The condo it self was wonderful (Salty Dog.)
Even had N elevator in it that stopped at basement, main living area, and upstairs where bedroom are! This feature was so helpful for loading and unloading. It would be great if you have senior adults who are unable to do stairs. The pool area was so quiet and relaxing. Never worried about our grandchildren being safe! If your looking for a quiet, family area to rent you want be disappointed.
Great stay and really enjoyed the property. It it ins a good central location. The property was well stocked with some essentials. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.
We had a great time on our vacation. There was 4 of us and this place was so homey feeling and close to everything. We felt very safe and it was very clean.
