SECOND FLOOR UNIT. This cozy 3 bedroom condo has many upgrades. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. U can easily walk 2 Redfern Village & other entertainment. Master has a King, another King in a guest room, Queen in the last guest bedroom, & the living room has a brand new sleeper sofa. Comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Access to pool, & includes USAGE OF 6 BIKES for an additional fee. NO PETS or ANIMALS ALLOWED. SEE RULES FOR HIGH PET FEE.

Price Includes per stay:
8 Bath Towels
8 Wash Cloths
1 Roll of Toilet Paper (per bathroom)
8 Starter Coffee Pods

If you would like additional set of Bath Towels and Wash Cloths dropped off, the cleaning company charges $20. Just let me know and I can do a money request.

PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE).

NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

By booking on this platform, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy in place. Additionally, please keep in mind that this cancellation policy is also maintained through all situations. For example, during Hurricane Season, it is important for guests to check if there is a large storm that would be approaching the United States and make a personal decision if it is best to keep the reservation or cancel the
reservation and schedule a different time. Your booking platform may offer vacation insurance which I believe can be purchased at the time of booking. However, we are not affiliated with that or know anything about that process or coverage. The guests would have to work with your booking platform directly in order to sort all of that out. However, if an evacuation is ordered for the area, then reservations will be canceled and fully refunded.

Great stay!

Stayed for a long weekend to celebrate a local family member's birthday. Condo was clean and as pictured. Owner's communication was great, even offered an early check in for a small fee. Unit was well stocked and great mid-island location, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo 30 mins or so from Jekyll

Serene Stay!

I was in desperate need of a quiet getaway, where I could rest & unwind. This location was the perfect spot! Not only was the property as a whole a nice quiet spot, but the condo was well-insulated, so my hubby could watch TV What n one room, while I slept in another room, the host was awesome to work with, and made himself available upon request. We will definitely visit this location again!

Capricorn Cruise Celebration

Great location. Comnunication and expections were clear and appreciated. In town for overnight birthday celebration. House was perfect for our party of 4. Plenty space and amenities. Would rent again when in area.

Awesome place to stay.

The condo was very clean and professionally maintained. It was VERY quiet. The facilities were great and the use of the bikes was very welcome. The owner kept in contact with us often to be sure we were happy. Overall, it was a great experience.

Large Family Vacation

Beautiful property that fit our family (4 adults/4 children) perfectly! We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the unit was. The property was very quiet and clean. It was also a very short distance to the beach. We had a couple questions when we got there and the owner responded SO QUICKLY. We would love to stay again.

Very nice

Had a weekend stay with family for a cheer event in Jekyll Island. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the pool. Communication was excellent, and I was given all info needed quickly. Visited Pier Village Area twice - it’s only 7 min away. It was so nice, and we plan to come back!

Excellent value and central location

We visit Saint Simon’s several times each year. Now that the kids are older and have their own transportation, having direct beach access is not that important to us. Much more important for the kids (young adults college age) have their own space. This place was great with space for everyone, and didn’t break the bank.

Excellent rental experience!

Everything is just as described in the ad. Very convenient location for spending time on the island. Frequent and helpful information from owner; easy check in and out. Large rental: 3 spacious bedrooms and ample space in the common areas. The kitchen had all necessary equipment/utensils. The rental was immaculate! Kudos to the cleaning crew! We will definitely consider renting again when returning to the area.

St Simons Oct-2023

Overall I was pleased with the booking and the condo, It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The one minor exception was that some additional throw blankets would be nice. The neighbors were friendly and the area was quiet. Didn't use the pool or fitness center due weather and time constraints (my own). The owner was attentive and reachable. Would stay again.

Great stay

There were 5 of us staying; Me, wife, twins that are 16yrs old and our 10yr old. It fit us all great with both boys in one room and my daughter in third room. Plenty of cookware plates etc. a few minor spices in cabinet for cooking our breakfast. We stayed Monday thru Wednesday to visit friends in area before we headed down to Florida for main vacation. Overall great place to stay off the main beach but short drive to public beach and our friends rental. Owner did a great job on communication and Constant updates. Easy check in. No issues. If you need a lower cost place for a few day visit we definitely recommend.

The place was absolutely wonderful. It was a nice place nice clean beds linens all nice and sharp. They smelled good! Dave ,was an absolute wonderful person to speak with and work with. I had no problems at all with that. The area was spot on. You could walked almost anywhere you needed to go or a small drive around the corner it was right in the heart of everything nice big closet for storage decent size dining room table. We will be looking into David’s properties again when we go back to Saint Simons my grandkids, love the little playroom they have off to the side they thought it was the neatest thing and It had lots of room for gatherings I think it’s the only place in Saint Simons that has two kings and one queen bed Thank you David sincerely, The Grahams and the Catlins God Bless🙏
