Perfect for families and pet lovers, this inviting retreat features a cozy screened-in patio, a splash pool to cool off, and a spacious yard with a fire pit in the front and back for evening gatherings. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and relax in ample seating areas surrounded by lush greenery. With a blend of comfort and convenience, this home is your ideal getaway for creating unforgettable memories by the coast!

This rental is conveniently located on Saint Simons, only 1.8 miles (6 mins) to East Beach and Coast Guard Beach, 2 miles (7 mins) from Massengale Park/Beach, 2 miles (7 mins) to King & Prince, and 2.6 miles (8 mins) to the pier village!

Pets / Pool: This property is dog friendly! 1 pup for $150 and 2 pups for $225. The splash pool is 2 feet deep and 8 feet around.

Parking / Fireplace: There is room for about 8 cars in the driveway. Fireplace is for decorative purposes only, not for guest use.

Please Note: A $50 non-refundable damage fee is due at the time of booking. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee is applied to all reservations and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
