Welcome to Island Escape at Fern, a luxury coastal retreat on Saint Simons Island convenient to shopping, dining and beaches. Thoughtfully designed with upscale finishes and curated coastal details, this 3BR/ 2 Full BA/ 2 Half BA home offers an elevated island experience for families, couples, or friends traveling together, with accommodations for up to eight guests.

The bright, open-concept living space is perfect for gathering, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with premium finishes, a spacious dining area, and comfortable seating ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The living room and each bedroom include a TV, with additional TVs located in the game room and on both porches so everyone has their own space to unwind.

Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms (the primary suite and one guest bedroom) and a third guest bedroom with two queen beds. The main-level primary suite serves as a private sanctuary with a spa-like feel. Bathroom layout includes a full bath upstairs, one full bath and one half bath on the main level, and an additional half bath in the downstairs game room area.

Downstairs, the bonus space doubles as a game room with a ping pong table, perfect for friendly competition and evening fun.

Step outside to your own private oasis. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, practice your short game on the private putting green, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day, or unwind on the spacious screened porch overlooking the peaceful backyard. Located in a quiet south-end neighborhood just minutes from beaches, dining, and shopping, Island Escape at Fern delivers the perfect balance of privacy, luxury, and convenience for your next coastal getaway. The home is just ½ a mile from dining and shopping, 1.6 miles to the beach in a beautiful, walkable and bike-able neighborhood.

Additional Information & House Policies:
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Parties and events are not permitted
• Third-party bookings are not allowed (the primary renter must be present for the duration of the stay)
• Fireplace is not available for guest use
• Exterior cameras are in place for security
• No pets. Emotional support animals (ESAs) and pets are not permitted at this time.

Please Note: A $50 non-refundable damage fee is due at the time of booking. A $100 non-refundable reservation fee is applied to all reservations and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.
