The community features direct beach access, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station.

North Breakers 401 is comfortably furnished and features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.
