THE SPACE Located amidst the moss draped live oaks and the lush landscape near the Village, you will find our quaint condo community called Harbour Oaks. Restaurants, shops, Neptune Park, the Lighthouse and historic trolley rides are all within a short walk or bike ride in the St. Simons Village. At the end of the Village is the pier, where you can fish, crab or enjoy sunsets over the Sidney Lanier Bridge to the West. St. Simons is known best for our casual laid-back lifestyle and the friendly people. Kick off your shoes, put on the flip flops and coast a while in our home away from home at Harbour Oaks 420. Short term stays, FLETC accepted and longer terms available.

The layout is:
- Primary - King Bed with 42" TV, En Suite Bathroom with single sink, combo tub/shower and walk in closet.
- Guest bedroom at end of hall- King Bed with 24" TV
- Guest bedroom in the front - 2 Twin Single with 24" TV
- Pull out Queen Sofa bed in sunroom
Fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig Single Serve and a Black and Decker 12 cup drip coffee maker. 2 slice toaster, Toaster oven, and Gotham copper lined pots. Sorry, no grill. The HOA will not allow it. A washer and dryer have been provided for your use along with an iron and ironing board.
Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

This condo in St Simons is minutes from the pier and a great setup for a larger family. We have 7 and it worked great for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
We had a wonderful time. Only footsteps away from the village pier with shopping and dining. Love that you can walk almost everywhere. The place is fabulous, clean and perfect set for two up to 6 people.
