The location of the property is perfect for trips to the beach, the village, and restaurants. We rented a golf cart and were able to get around easily. The condo was spacious and the listing is accurate. We got here after hours and checking in (and out) was easy and fast. We would definitely stay here again.
This was a fantastic property. Simple, clean, but had everything we needed. I will look to stay here again on future visits.

Great place. Check-in problematic
Everything went great except the check in. We did not receive checkin information until the day after our check-in date. We receuved no response from our voice messages or written request through the app. We had to find a hotel for the night. We did check in the following day with no problem. I was very pleased that the manager took full responsibility and made it right monetarily. We had an updated invoice and refund by that afternoon. We will use them again.
We have stayed in many VRBO homes, including this neighborhood, and we love it. My disappointment is likely my fault, as I expected a unit like the one we had during our first stay, and this one was different. There are both three-story and four-story units in the neighborhood. Be sure to know which one you are renting. Here are the good points: the location is directly across from the turtle pond, and there is a bench by the pond to sit and feed them. There is an elevator that guests can use to transport luggage between floors and for those who cannot navigate all the stairs. There is a large TV in the living room. The main bedroom is quite large, with a nice-sized closet that you walk through to get to the small en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are pretty small, but there are two twins in each room, which is what we need. The bathroom shared by these rooms was small as well. The beds were comfortable, but be sure to bring an extension/surge protector if you have a lot of devices to plug in. Now for the not-as-good: The biggest disappointment was the lack of a porch. The ad did not say there was a porch, but having been here before, I incorrectly assumed there would be porches like those in our previous unit. There is a tiny front stoop with two chairs, but it wasn't enjoyable. There is not enough comfortable seating in the living room for six adults. There are not six dining room chairs either. We had young people who could sit on stools, but the seating would
