This 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor condominium at North Breakers has it from nearly every room. The living and dining area are uncommonly large and set the perfect stage for family gathering whether to play games, enjoy dinner or just watch some television. The master bedroom with a king bed and private bath is just off the living area and has access to the front balcony facing the ocean. The second bedroom has a king bed with balcony access overlooking the pool and hot tubs and the third bedroom offers 2 twins. The community features direct beach access with a boardwalk, an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, elevator, and covered parking. North Breakers is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac near the Historic Coast Guard station. To enhance guest experience, the oceanfront swimming pool is heated annually from October through March, allowing for an extended swimming season.

Great Views

The view from the Master Bedroom was wonderful! Also, great views from the Balcony which overlooked the Pool and the Beach. Property was a little too far from the beach. Would be helpful if Handicap Bars could be installed in Master Bath. Would be better if Hot Tub didn't require stairs to be accessed. And would be nice if there was a TV in MBR!

construction and maintenace

Too much maintenace work going on and also work was loud in the unit above us and started before the 9 am time
