O1 Two BR townhome in Ocean Walk with 1 king, 1 queen bed. Recently updated.

This townhome is located across from the back pool. Two upstairs bedrooms - one King and one Queen. Two full bathrooms, both recently renovated, both with walk-in showers. Upstairs bathroom has a separate tub.
Entire condo freshly painted in 2023. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances.
Nice outdoor living space, easy access, lots of good light, clean and well maintained. St. Simons Island has so much to offer. For starters, the Pier Village is within walking distance. Enjoy browsing the shops or a wonderful meal at one of the many restaurants with every cuisine you might want from pizza, burgers, or fresh seafood. Take in the beauty of the lighthouse and the serenity of the ocean waves.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running/playing on stairs.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the A/C thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.

Run away from home

SSI is wonderful. Ocean Walk is perfect! The condo was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool. We felt safe and everything was so relaxing. We will be back!

1st family beach vacay at St Simon’s

The location was perfect, the condo was cute and clean. The only negative response I have, is the master bed mattress needs replacing. It was worn. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute and comfy

We had 2 condos for our family-this one and L-1. Both were A+. This condo was super clean, nicely decorated, and very well equipped. Felt fresh and new. Was reluctant about upstairs bedrooms with children but was no problem. Directly across from pool, so excellent location. L-1 was comparable in amenities and all on 1 floor which was perfect for grandparents. It is by playground with lovely oak tree/garden view, so we had both of best and close to each other. Would rebook both again!
