New to the Hodnett Cooper rental program, St. Simons Grand #319 will satisfy the most discriminating guests! Just remodeled with decorator finishes throughout in a serene coastal theme, each room is simply a delight to behold. The oceanviews are fabulous and can be seen from all living areas as well as the master suite. The large balcony which overlooks the beautifully landscaped grounds is furnished for dining or just sitting enjoying your morning coffee. Either way, you have the ideal location to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean waves.

The master suite is spacious with a King bed and large master closet. The master bath features dual vanities and a spacious walk in shower. One of the additional bedrooms has a king bed as well with its own bath. The remaining two bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath.

Every bedroom has a Smart TV with streaming service. Traditional cable service is not provided but Hulu Live is available for real time viewing.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Beginning 9/6/2026, The Saint Simons Grand will be undergoing major exterior renovations to include stucco replacement, building coating and sealants, new walkway and balcony coatings and sliding glass door replacement. During this time, the community will be an active construction site. While vacation rentals are expected to remain available throughout much of the project, guests may experience construction noise, temporary access restrictions, and other periodic disruptions, while other areas of the community may only experience minor impacts.
