The property was just as described and shown. A quick walk to the beach and could also walk to the Village. Check-in and check-out was simple and easy. Would definitely stay here again.
This condo was about 2 blocks from the beach and a very easy walking distance from all of the shopping and restaurants. It was great for a small group. The only complaint, and it is a minor one, is no ice maker.
The property was clean, cozy and located within walking distance to restaurants. It was the perfect quick getaway to the beach. It was well stocked and comfortable in almost every way.
The only drawbacks were a broken kitchen chair that we didn't notice until almost falling out of it and the back door entrance in the dark. As we read in previous reviews, the stay would be much better if it was better lit or we could have gone through the front door instead.

The place was nice, I would have like to have had a door code on the front so I wouldn’t have to enter the back in the pitch black. Also the tub upstairs needs repair for draining purposes. Although this was a good place and location for what it was used for on the island.
I stayed with my husband and two teenagers for a long weekend, and the home was perfect for us. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The beach and village were so close, that we only needed the car once the whole time to go get groceries. The kitchen had everything we needed.
A couple things that aren’t mentioned in the listing that we were pleasantly surprised to find...a mini charcoal grill, beach chairs, a cooler, washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, deep freezer, and a blow dryer.
The listing said this is 2 bathrooms, but it’s actually 1 and a half bathrooms. There’s a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom (toilet & sink) downstairs. Another reviewer complained there was only 1 TV channel, so we brought our Roku from home. The tub draining problem another reviewer mentioned was fixed. Another reviewer complained about having to come through the back door in the dark, so we simply left the back porch light on when we left and used our smartphone flashlights.
We really loved this home and plan to return whenever we can.

Overall Okay
While the property was conveniently located there were several undesirable qualities. As this was only a two night stay, we decided to make do with these matters, in order to not take time away from our trip by going back and forth with property management and possible maintenance individuals. The issues involved included the bathtub that would not drain so every time we showered we had to spend several minutes holding the switch for the tub to drain. The television did not come with a package of channels, only one, the weather channel. However, the most important matter involved the back door which would only occasionally lock from the outside, while never being able to lock it from the inside.
