Property was as advertised. However, upstairs does not get very cool and downstairs bedroom requires door to living room to be open to get air conditioning.

Adorable classic beach house in great location. Just watch bedroom / bathroom combinations you need. There is one queen bedroom on main with small bath. There is no other powder room on main. Primary bedroom up with nicely remodeled bathroom. Two other bedrooms share one bath. Kitchen has seating area which is nice and there is a nice round table in dining room which is great for dinner or game night. Walk to downtown or easy walk to 3rd st beach access. Nicely decorated. No real coffee maker, just Keurig, fyi. Very cute!

This charming house is exactly as pictured, with a large modern kitchen. The location is fantastic, a quick easy walk to the beach or even into the village. The twin bed mattresses need to be replaced, but other than that all linens and bedding are very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with dish detergent, paper towels, etc. If you love an older solid home with charm overload, the way I do, you will love this home!
