"Excellent location, within walking distance of both beach and town. Beautifully landscaped property. Clean, but room for improvement. Cobwebs everywhere. Lots of plates and glasses, but only 7 mugs, most of which were either badly chipped or cracked. Bbq was filthy, apparently hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. A manual explaining how to use the Aga stove would have been helpful. And our inability to control the heat temp locally (it was controlled remotely by the property manager) led to us being too hot on some days, and too cold on others. Many lights had burned out lightbulbs, or simply didn’t work. And the skylight near the ensuite bathrooms leaked during heavy rain. All of these issues would be very easy to correct and, once done, this would be an excellent rental property. "

"Lovely location, however there were several items of cutlery, plates, cups that were dirty. We found the garden area and bedrooms lovely. However the kitchen let the property down. "

"Great accommodation with a car park. Only a couple of minutes walk into the centre, just far enough away for privacy, peace and quiet. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The property was great for my family of 4. Walkable to all abersoch has to offer. Our only issue was the unseasonably hot weather for which the house is not prepared. The upstairs really cooks. It’s hard to mark down the quality of the accommodations but, given the increasing frequency and magnitude of hot days, it would have helped to have a couple of fans on hand. "
