"The suite was clean,though dated, spacious and the views from the balcony are great. The bathroom is really nice. Unfortunately, the description misrepresented the conditions of the room. The suite is presented as two rooms, but both beds are in the same room, which was a problem for us since we are a couple with a teenage child, and we need two separate rooms. Also, the kitchen was a problem. The microwave was broken, the tea kettle was dirty. Most of all, the staff at the hotel was terrible....

Even the room towels provided are small and thin. We paid extra for the large room and Mountain View not knowing that this also came...
