    "hello, i’m an 18 year old travelling with my boyfriend to Amsterdam for the first time and this hotel was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and kind, the location of this hotel is amazing as it is right next to the tram line which enabled us to go anywhere in Amsterdam and the hotel was in a nice quiet area ,there is also a hotel cat which was super cute to sit in the garden with. I cant wait to stay here again!!!!."

    "Well I got double booked for this room somehow.. but that wasn't my main issue.. The A/C wall unit was out.. And they had a floor unit with a heat return going out the window.. It did little to nothing.. Was very uncomfortably hot in my room..Fix the A/Ac and place would of been great for a solo traveler like myself"

    "Had a very rude employee try to refuse to bring one extra pillow (we only had one each person to start) even after explaining I have medical problems & need to sleep sitting up. He was extremely rude & after finally agreeing to bring one up, he condescendingly brought up 3. I asked for ONE, I still can’t believe the way he treated us. He tried saying if every customer wanted TEN extra pillows they wouldn’t have any, again I asked for ONE MORE! There also are no phones in the rooms to call for..."
