The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Comfortable bed and very nice clean bathroom. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes. Buy tickets in the train station bar. The bus does not run at night. The Old Town was further away than we anticipated, and the walk there is longer than expected.

"Very classy hotel with king-size beds, which is very rare in Italy. The breakfast is included and is the negative point as it lacks any fresh fruit or vegetables so people come with their tomatoes lettuce and fruits.
