"The best I can say is the bed was comfortable and water pressure in the shower (tub shower) was great. The rooms were clean but tired looking. The bathrooms were tiny and lighting was terrible. The food in the restaurant was uninspiring. And everything was seriously overpriced. "

"There’s black mold all over the windowsills and I even took pictures. The card keys don’t work so every time you need to go up in the elevator and every time you need to get in your room, you have to go to the front desk and physically have the person from the front desk. Let you up the elevator walk you down the hall and let you in your room every single time. The only good thing is that it provide provided breakfast."

"Room was about a 5 1/2 lady at the office name ms Parker I think, she has a very very nasty additude. The overnight guy was very very nice he was the reason I stayed there. Once 7am shift change came the lady that works that shift she is so mean she told me she makes any reason up to take customers deposits. Other then that everything else was a 3 star. House keeping ladies gives bad looks and never speak only one lady she was so sweet."

"Property was updated and clean, staff was extremely friendly. The location to UDelaware was very convenient. Room was very spacious, however, the placement of the bathroom with a frosted door is not ideal. If the room is dark, turning on the bathroom light than lights up the area by the beds."

"Overall, the hotel was OK. Room size was alright for king bed and sofa bed. Light over toilet in bathroom was burned out, and TV didn't work. Bathtub had some damage on the outside, and wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. It was nice to have a bar and a breakfast counter in the lobby, but the bartender was suited more to opening beers than mixing drinks. Check-in/out and other staff were courteous, and parking lot offered reasonable access to the entrance. It wasn't an exceptional experience, but it suited our needs for a 2-night stay."

"First off, the apartment we rented wasn’t the apartment pictured in the Vrbo post. Part of the blinds were missing on the sliding door so anyone could look right in. Then water leaked on the floor from the apartment above and shorted out the lights in the dining room. There was no information on how to communicate with the host. We could only communicate via text on Vrbo. Eventually, after a google search on the property company I got a number for an answering service which proved to be no help. We were told the issue was escalated and that someone would help us. No one came until I contacted Vrbo days later. When I asked the maintenance person about it he said no one had contacted them until Vrbo. Even so they couldn’t do anything about it because the renters upstairs would not let them enter. We had to use the only 2 towels in the apartment to contain the water on the floor and we had to get our own towels to use to dry off after showers. This property owner could care less. Please learn from our experience and stay away from this property company. "
