"Beautiful space. The weather was cold while we were at LBI but you almost don’t need to leave this hotel, it’s really nice inside and the pool is indoor but has a windowed ceiling and you feel like you are outside."

"Very nice home! It was just what we needed for the wedding we were in town to attend. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the kayaks and spent more time out on the deck! Would definitely go back there again!"

"It was a great place to have our senior dog, Ellie, with us. The yard is totally fenced so she could safely explore outdoors. There are lots of amenities and outdoor equipment available for summer fun! Unfortunately, our stay was in winter, but the house was warm and cozy. Perfect place for our Christmas celebration!"

"Our stay (12/5-12/7) was nothing short of wonderful. The house was perfectly appointed with classic coastal decor, a gorgeous kitchen with every prep tool you could need, a lovely living room area that looked out on the dock, the water and the incredible views, a large modern bathroom and a very comfortable, firm bedroom mattress. The home was IMPECCABLY clean. The owner worked with our schedule for arrival time and was a short distance away if we needed him. (We did not). The views alone of the Edgar B Forsythe Refuge are worth the visit, but the close proximity to the Visitor Center at the refuge (20 min) and its 8 mile Wildlife Drive (we went 3x), Holgate (Beach) Refuge (30 minutes), as well as Beach Haven and Ship Bottom (25 minutes) was what drew us as amateur photographers. We had a phenomenal "reset" weekend and would LOVE to come back!! Thank you!"

"The heat was not on; it took over an hour to take our jackets off. Only two bath towels in this place that sleep 6, I had 5 people that stayed and luckily, I live only 5 minutes away to go get everyone clean bath towels at 9 pm the day before thanksgiving. The dishwasher needed to be un-loaded before I could start cooking our thanksgiving meal. The dryer had a blanket and sheets that needed to be folded. I don't feel the changeover was handled properly. Not even one fork was in the silverware draw. I had to end my stay early but no fault of theirs. A family passes and the wake was scheduled for the 29th in Georgia we left the 27th Friday morning at 5 o'clock "
