    "Staff was not kind, they made me pay for breakfast while on the eve the agent reassured me that breakfast was free. Plus, every hotel I had stayed in before offered me a free baby crib, I got it for free but in this hotel, they said I need to pay an additional 55Euro or 60Euro. That was not friendly or cool not because of money but it means the hotel is not family-friendly. The hotel can do better on that front."

"Wonderful small hotel, easy walking distance to Grand Place, and just at the end of a wide pedestrian street. My superior double was large and faced a tiny cute park. Very helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!"
