"overall, it was clean and for the most part quiet. A suggestion would be to keep those people with active children on the 1st floor to avoid the loud banging from little feat coming from the 2nd floor rooms."

"As I work in Normal and live an hour away when I have to work 11-12 hour days it’s easier to stay in Bloomington area. I always chose the Chateau because of the amenities available there. They have a Bar/Restaurant which is convenient and the food is good. Two out of the last time I stayed there I booked it thru Hotels.com and when I arrived I used my credit card for incidentals which I’m fine with. But the hotel charged my card again for the room. When brought to their attention they reversed the charges but it took a week to get my money back. Still waiting on this last weeks charges to be reversed. I even asked them when I checked in if they were going to do that again to me and was reassured I would not be charged twice. They need to train their staff better. When I give them my card it comes out immediately, why does it take a week to get it back when it’s their fault. I spend alot of money in the bar restaurant each time I stay there and bring co workers along that spend good money there. We have found a new place now to spend our money because management did not see any reason to compensate or make it right. Make sure you check your credit card immediately if you stay there. Only plus side now is that Jamie the bartender is awesome. We will miss her. "

"Overall rooms were clean. Nice staff. Lots of parking. Shower room very small. Some of the appliance did not work. Some rooms did not have a microwave 😐 "

"Property could use upgrades. Black out curtains were damaged and wouldn’t close. Exposed wires in the bathroom. Staff were excellent and breakfast was good "

"Breakfast was ok, hot tub out of order; room was ok but not the cleanest. The inside of bathroom door was very dusty and dirty, didn’t want to touch it and heat/air was noisy."
