"I think the property needs some upgrading . The room was somehow clean , although everything in the room and bathroom was updated . It did not provide any toiletries sets, just tissue paper, towels and toilet paper. Basic needs. For a night stay it was ok."

"Great property in a very quiet neighborhood. Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Tahoe for peace and quiet, but close enough for easy access to the amenities and activities Tahoe is famous for. We love the bright, airy bedrooms, and the large lot so we don't have to hear and feel the neighbors. Would definitely stay here again."

"We rented this wonderful house for my wife’s 60th birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The place was easy to find, had a market around the corner from the house and is 9 miles from the state line. The house was exceptionally clean with all needed kitchen needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again!"

"The perfect rental for a small family with a furry friend! If you are looking for a home base close to the lake but far enough from the busyness of the town, look no further! Not only does the owner relieve the burden of figuring what to do in the area with all of her dog friendly itinerary suggestions but you also feel right at home in this cozy spot. Being able to soak in the hottub after hiking or a day in the crisp Lake Tahoe water was a luxury experience. Dont forget to look up at the stars while in the hot tub at night, sure is a sight to see! The place was very clean and well kept. The fenced in yard for my pup was very convenient. My pup also loved our walk through the meadow with river access to splash around in. When I return to Lake Tahoe we will definitely rent this house again!"

"it is off season when we went there, but we had great time staying in this hotel. the room were very spacious, clean and kitchen utensils are very nice to use. if you plan to cook , bring your own favorite seasoning. they just provide salt and pepper. we will go back for skiing in winter for sure."

"Clean! Cute! Spacious even for 2 people. Came with first aid kit, flashlights, instructions on how to use the dumpster to keep bears at bay. Easy to find, staff was helpful! Will def book again! **S/N: underneath the bed were a ton of spider webs under the bed, but other than that. Perfect & would book again."
