"Some might find the location of the Arca a bit out of the way, but it was a perfect place for my wife and I - close to the MTR (exit just after the entrance to the shopping centre, on the left, down the stairs and about fifty metres down the road past the temple/shrine. The staff were superb - friendly and polite - the breakfast decent and the view was amazing; it's definitely worth paying for the harbour view as it is unforgettable. The rooftop pool is superb - small but very luxurious. The only regret is not meeting the 'Meet & Paw' ambassador Jaz!"

"When I checked in, I was offered a different room as the room I chosen was not available. They gave me a breakfast voucher as a result of the change. The room was a bit smaller than I thought, but the washroom was spacious. The air con was strong. The best part of the stay was probably the breakfast that I didn’t plan. It was very amazing. It’s buffet style service. Everything was very fresh. Fruit was very plump. They have an egg station that does fresh fried eggs. Service was excellent. I was very impressed. Definitely would’ve paid for it. Location was very good as well. They offer free shuttle to AirPort Express station which was a bonus. Highly recommend!"
