A perfect cozy cabin in RRG for the common adventurer. I really liked the backyard features with rock formations and a short hiking path. Cabin was clean, enjoyed the balcony and hot tub outside! Thanks for a good stay!
Not only was this a very nice cabin for the hubby, me and the pups but it was in a great location and there were trails behind the cabin.

Cabin was nice and clean view is breathtaking. Could definitely use some attention to the back door and the loose steps but overall our weekend get away was great.
We went to the cabin for the first three days of our honeymoon. We enjoyed the private hikes up and around the rocky bluff. The rocks offered moderate difficulty for beginner rock climbers and a great view from the higher ledges. There is a neighbor cabin in direct eye shot of the cabin, but we had fun there.
My husband and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. Our hosts were wonderful. Great communication. They have mapped out three small trails near all the properties. The fire area was nice and secluded. It was a great weekend.
It was a great place overall. Tiny and quaint little cabin. Lots of tress down in the area because of the recent hurricaine so trails were not the best - even away from the cabin. Definitely need 4WD or AWD to get to the cabin. Very clean. All appliances worked well needs a new grill but was a nice little place to be.
Loved it! Secluded quite and slightly difficult to find but hey, that’s what we want! I got so much studying done checking out was easy. It’s the perfect location to finally unplug. I was sad to leave! Slade was great! If you’re looking for a nice very interesting from an architectural standpoint cabin. Then this is it! It perfectly in the middle of. Nothing! Outstanding! There were former reviews talking about the bed, I broke my back in 2019 and slept great in it. We found a few mouse droppings, not may at all considering YOU'RE IN THE WOODS! Steps were brand new with tags still on the wood. Path could be difficult I guess if you were in a low rider? I’ll be back!
Cabin was nice and clean. Bathroom could use updating. Location: cabin was hard to find and more steps to cabin than expected. I have a spine injury so the steps were a little much. Bed was really hard. We couldn’t stay and left early.
As long as your pets will use stairs this place was very welcoming. Unfortunately we have a dog that refuses to use the stairs so it was rough carrying her up and down until we figured out she would just go up the side of the mountain. Both our dogs seemed to really enjoy the area. The humans had a great stay as well. The hot tub was a great way to end the day and relax. The area as a whole was great and we all enjoyed our little vacation. I would recommend this to anyone.
