Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath.

Dragonfly Hotel Bury St Edmunds
No AC and room was so hot, no lift and had a heavy suitcase and lots of stairs, room service menu limited, missing items that I had to ask for. Room furniture old and dated, bad smell when you opened your room door. Would not stay again.

Best Western Priory Hotel
Our stay was great excellent value for money. Nice and clean. Everything you need. Good car parking. Good location. Some of the room was a little dated and worn but still fine. Staff friendly and helpful
