When I had problem in the room they said they can’t leave the front desk and someone who can help going to be only tomorrow (I was staying one day only) it didn’t make sense for me and I asked to change the room, what also was a problem I had to take all my thing back to the lobby so they can switch the keys and give me keys from a new room"Reviewed October 28, 2026Return • Dublin (DUB) - Vienna (VIE)DUB - VIE • Direct VIE - DUB • Direct€588€366found 2 days agoper traveller - Alice Hotel

Stará Lehota Hotel Deals
"They charge when I make check out for city tax !!!!"
"Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!"
"Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...
"For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. The lunch and dinner was excellent. "
"Room was excellent. Very few staff spoke English but fortunately we spoke German which seems to be their second language."
