"We needed somewhere near family to stay and this place had good reviews so we gave it a try. So happy we did! It was like a resort with the amazing grounds, outdoor pool, chaise lounges and hot tub. Everything was super clean, our bed was comfortable, the plush robes were a nice touch. But surprisingly the best part of this stay was Val - such a warm, hospitable host who seemed to genuinely care about making guests comfortable. Would definitely stay here next time we’re in town."

"Great for the money. The staff were great..The room was good. The carpet I did not like. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. The only real thing was we had a room on the street side 3rd floor and you could hear all the cars like you had the window open. I would stay there again no problem. I would ask for a room facing the parking lot"

"Well trained front desk staff. They were dealing with a potentially volatile situation and kept calm and were able to de-escalate the situation. The cooked for you breakfast was a treat as was the open lobby/eating area. We were able to use the area in the evening to play cards. Staff was very friendly. Good value for the money"

"The location is in a quiet neighbourhood with train tracks close by. It was easy to get in and out of the neighbourhood. Check in and check out was simple and Jasmeet was available and responsive for any questions that we had.The kitchen and living space was good for our group of 10 and we really enjoyed the outdoor space as well. This property is great for large groups. The bedrooms were all a good size and there is plenty of room downstairs. There is an alarm system by the front door that kept beeping, but the host is aware. If we kept the interior foyer door closed, we did not hear it. The carpet in the bedrooms was a bit dingy, and the bathrooms were clean enough, but not sparkling clean. Same for the kitchen. There were some dirty cupboards, and the freezer was not cleaned, but overall it was generally clean and equipped for our needs. The shower head in the upstairs main bathroom is in need of repair as it doesn’t function as a normal rain shower head.Our stay was good and we would consider staying at this property again if we are in town with a large group. Thanks to Jasmeet for having us."

"This was a great place to stay. Everything we went to was no longer than a 20 minute drive away. The house was well stocked with everything you could need and more - pantry items, towels and cookware. The rooms were comfortable and we had lots of space. There were a couple of minor hiccups while we were there - the garage wasn’t working and we didn’t know until we were told and the water filter needed to be changed. I feel these hosts have high expectations for their guests, so I have high expectations that everything should be working. Everything was fixed while we were there with no interruption to our stay. I would highly recommend others to stay at this property and wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this rental again."

"Very clean and easy to find place. Nice and close to shopping and major highways for getting around Winnipeg. Nice quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable and lots of space for clothing. Only thing missing was a hairdryer. Host was very friendly and quick to communicate any questions we had."
