We had two rooms for our group, and honestly, the view was gorgeous and totally made it worth it. However, the rooms had some issues. One bathroom had a really strong urine smell—we told reception, but nobody did a thing. In the other room, the shower was pretty much unusable because the water kept swinging between boiling hot and freezing cold.
Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but for what we paid, we definitely expected better upkeep and service!

The hotel offered a favourable location, only a short walk from the main square. We arrived on Saturday night, and the pubs across the road were very loud; however, they closed for the remainder of the nights we stayed Sunday and Monday and the hotel provided earplugs in the room so we knew what to expect. The hotel was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt somewhat dated and the shower was disappointing. I requested a room change but was told no, so the staff were not particularly helpful.
As a gold member of other chains I found this disappointing as get treated better with them
