Staying at this lovely holiday home was such a treat! The air conditioning worked wonders during the hot days, and we loved chilling by the pool with a drink in hand, The outdoor kitchen was super convenient for BBQ nights, We explored the nearby Paklenica National Park, which was just a short drive away, and it was breathtaking! The only thing I would say is the check-in time felt a bit late, but overall it was a fantastic spot for our family getaway, Definitely would come back!

Der Swimmingpool und die dazugehörige Terrasse sind wunderschön. Das Haus ist super sauber, die Betten und Duschen sind hervorragend und es gibt einen geräumigen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Der Empfang war super freundlich mit reibungslosen Erklärungen und einem gefüllten Kühlschrank. Wir sind früh geflogen und konnten nach vorheriger E-Mail-Anfrage früher im Haus sein. Auch während des Aufenthaltes wird schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und Meldungen zügig bearbeitet. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch: auf einem Berg in der Nähe des Strandes und der Restaurants (Mietwagen und furchtloser Fahrer erforderlich), wunderschöne Natur rund um das Haus und die Wasserfälle Plitvice und Krka sind 1,5 oder 1 Autostunde entfernt. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Wir haben einen Ofen und einen Außengrill vermisst. Die Sauna stinkt und ist mit Infrarot ausgestattet, daher hat sie unserer Meinung nach nicht viel gebracht (wir hatten schönes Wetter). Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist unglaublich ungünstig (Kühlschrank nicht in der Küche, Zimmer nur von außen zu erreichen, viele Treppen) und die Treppen nach oben sind erschreckend. Mit unseren Kindern im Alter von 4 und 6 Jahren war es gerade noch machbar, aber für jüngere Kinder oder Menschen mit Gehbehinderung würde ich das Haus wirklich abraten.

Wunderschön, aber mit einer Einschränkung ... Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist fantastisch! Eine schöne Terrasse mit einem (sehr kalten) Swimmingpool. Schöne Aussicht auch. Voll ausgestattet und es fühlt sich hier wirklich wie ein Luxusurlaub an.Alles war super sauber, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es gab sogar Getränke für uns im Kühlschrank. Aber… Das Häuschen selbst ist etwas speziell, die verschiedenen Bereiche (Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer) sind nur von außen mit der Küche und dem 3. Schlafzimmer verbunden. Auch der Kühlschrank steht nicht in der Küche, sondern im Wohnzimmer. Gar nicht schlimm, aber umständlich und mit ganz kleinen Kindern oder Menschen mit Gehbehinderung würde ich sicher nicht dort sitzen. Die Treppe nach oben ist geradezu gefährlich. Es gab auch viele Wespen.Wir waren 5 Nächte dort, als Zwischenstopp. Obwohl wir eine tolle Zeit hatten, dachte ich, das war genug.

Het privézwembad was een hoogtepunt voor ons, vooral met het adembenemende zeezicht eromheen, De buitenkeuken was perfect voor barbecues, en we hebben onze avonden doorgebracht met het genieten van de warme bries, De locatie is ideaal - niet ver van het stadscentrum en het strand, We hebben ook het Paklenica National Park verkend, dat slechts een korte rit verderop was, Sterk aanbevolen voor gezinnen of groepen!

Het vakantiehuis was ruim en comfortabel, met alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf. De slaapkamers waren goed uitgerust en de woonkamer gezellig. Ik waardeerde de privésauna, wat een fijne bijkomstigheid was na een dag wandelen. De nabijgelegen stranden waren prachtig, vooral Plantaža Beach. Al met al een goede keuze voor een ontspannende vakantie.

Wir kamen früh an und wurden vom Besitzer Marino und seinem Freund begrüßt, der uns freundlicherweise die Villa zeigte. Die Villa war sehr sauber und wunderschön renoviert. Der Infinity-Pool war unglaublich, obwohl es ein bisschen kalt war, als man zum ersten Mal einstieg. Es war eine willkommene Erleichterung in der Hitze des Tages! Es gab einen tollen Poolraum mit Sauna. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude waren nett aber klein. Nur die Hauptschlafzimmer waren klimatisiert, obwohl das Gebäude im Allgemeinen recht kühl blieb, wenn alle Fensterläden geschlossen blieben. Die Treppen waren etwas eng und man musste wirklich vorsichtig damit umgehen. Aus diesem Grund würde ich nur älteren Kindern raten, in den Zimmern im Obergeschoss zu bleiben. Marino hätte nicht zuvorkommender sein können und bot so viele kleine Extras, die unseren Stern sehr komfortabel machten (Wasser, lokale Weine und Spirituosen, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher).

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den Hauseigentümern empfangen und konnten sogar früher als vereinbart, das Haus beziehen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und in einwandfreiem Zusatnd. Absolut gehobener Standard für kroatische Verhältnisse. Haben uns trotz versteckter und verlassener Lage immer wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr karg und absolut ruhig. Optimale Möglichkeit, um zu entspannen und abzuschalten. Von Starigrad aus geht es auf geteertem Weg 3 km bergauf. Möglichem Gegenverkehr kann aber gut ausgewichen werden.
