"The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, with an alternate route when the bridge was out and finding out if a burn was lifted. The place was lovely and (though I wasn’t handicapped) loved to see the cabin accommodate it like ramps leading from the living room to the backyard patio. And it was a surprise with a washer and dryer! Only notes: better internet service and a pathway to the lake/ stream right outside and below the cabin’s porch (if possible; there were deer that came to the stream, so a pathway/ area may not be possible). All in all, a great spring break getaway to relax! "

"This is a rare find cabin. The first thing we noticed was how clean it was. The furnishings, decorations, beds, linens are all above average quality. The owners have put in considerable time to meet and exceed guests expectations. Kitchen has everything you need (except food) to have meal, snack or just a glass of wine.The treehouse with its own fireplace is where we spent considerable time listening to the nearby creek. The cabin has a large screened-in back porch with gas grill and plenty of room to relax.This cabin is definitely in the top 10% of places we have rented."
