"Clean comfortable room, no interaction with staff other than checkin. Would’ve been nice to have an iron and coffee pot in room. Having to get dressed to go to office for coffee was inconvenient so just waited when left for the day. "

I understand being in the woods and I also understand PEST CONTROL AND being sure to HAVE the home TREATED every 6-8 weeks when having sure a high turn over (did hospitality management for 10 years) HAVE 3 photos of ticks in the home- both of my dogs got infested- had two VET bills - contacted the VRBO for local help as soon as we encountered Ticks and no one reached out or came by. CHECKED OUT early due to the infestation and still no contact or refund for the night I left early. Then was told LADYBUGS are part of the cabin scenery - so disappointed in the management. "
