"We had a medical emergency at the hotel and the ambulance had to be called, we spent the day at the hospital the day of our check out, and I was so concerned because we had to get our bags, but the staff was very supportive. They were nothing but espectacular, since day one. I am so grateful. Location is very close to HB, good breakfast and the area is next to Milaneo’s mall. I will definitely recommend this hotel. "

Room was just dark so we got another lamp from them and used the tv as another light source plus another sun light we happened to have with us. Microwave is hidden behind the cabinet. Kitchen counter could be a tad larger~"
