Second time I have stayed here and will do so every time I am going to a gig at the Martin Schleyer halle down the road. Good price, lovely room and the bed is so comfortable I slept straight through the night and well into the morning.

Had an excellent stay at the Bad Cannstatt B&B. Very modern, clean and quiet with helpful staff at the front desk. A lack of German language on my part was never a problem. The breakfast bar was reasonably priced and even included flax and pumpkin seeds (!!) to add to cereals. For a Canadian it was great having a selection of olives, hot peppers, mustard and humus to add to breakfast. Great selection of heavy breads and dairy products as well. Well located for transportation; S-Bahn, U-Bahn and MEX regional trains in all directions are just a short walk away. The immediate neighbourhood is a bit "rough and tumble" and the hotel is located on a busy road. Don't let this put you off. Some very good family restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and pharmacy. If it is luxury and high living you want, this isn't for you, but if you want an honest, well run, modern, clean and quiet hotel as a base as you head in any direction to explore, you will not go wrong here.

Hotel was perfect to stay for Volksfest. Only a 5 min walk. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok. Not much variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay BUT it would be nice if the staff didn’t smoke right by the doors where the smoke would just come into the hotel. It happened way too much. Maybe move the smoking section away from the doors. If you fix this problem I would definitely stay again.

There was a sewage smell coming from the vent in the bathroom on and off. At times it was so strong, we used the restroom in the lobby. When I talked to the reception, they said they cannot do anything and told me to open a window. When I pushed back they offered to move us to another room. That room was directly under ours so I checked before we moved rooms and the same issue was present in that bathroom also. We ended up saying in the original room and minimizing the bathroom usage. Something is off with their drain/ventilation set up. These hotels are good until something goes wrong, then they are not equipped to deal with it, have no staff etc. So it is a risk you take when you chose this chain. Pay less and hope all goes well. I will not be taking this risk again, at least not when traveling with kids.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du stade, parfait pour en profiter sans stress. L’accès est facile, le parking pratique mais il faut reserver, et l’environnement calme malgré la proximité de la route La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable. Mention spéciale pour le lit très douillet ! Le personnel était accueillant et disponible, toujours prêt à aider ou à répondre à nos questions. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié, et servi dans une ambiance agréable.

Das Hotel liegt recht günstig, wenn man z.B. zur Porsche Arena oder Schleyer Halle möchte. Nachteilig fand ich, dass man die Fenster im 7. Stock nicht wenigstens kippen konnte. Im Dachgeschoss sind die Wände und Fenster schräg und an diesem sehr heißen Tag war es fast unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Man konnte nachts nur mit laufender Klimaanlage schlafen, was ich nicht so gerne mache. Zudem war das Bad nicht ganz sauber, es waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger/der Vorgängerin zu finden.

Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers hat leider etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen und auch auf einem der beiden Einzelbetten waren einige Haare zu finden. Für eine Nacht war es machbar, aber ich war wirklich froh, dass ich Desinfektionstücher dabei hatte... Das Personal war immerhin freundlich.
