Bring your mountain bike and experience the thrill of the Stinger Trail—one of our favorite downhill rides. If you pace it right, you can cruise all the way to Nevada Beach (though you may want a ride back up the mountain afterward!). From hiking and biking to skiing and casinos, this home offers year-round adventure for every guest.
Seasonal Notes:
• Winter: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, and chains may be necessary.
• Summer: Relax on the serene shores of Lake Tahoe at Zephyr Cove or perfect your swing at the renowned Edgewood Golf Course, home of the celebrity golf tournament.
Entertainment, fine dining, shopping, and vibrant nightlife are all close by, making this the perfect place to gather, recharge, and enjoy everything Tahoe has to offer.

Maximum daytime guests: 6. Children under 5 don't count toward occupancy. Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited. Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2. Notice that renters will be issued parking placards, which they and their guests must display on the driver's side dashboard of their vehicles. Renters and their guests must park only in designated areas. Failure to park in designated areas and/or to display parking placards may result in a citation and a $500 fine. Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.

We truly enjoyed our stay over the holiday week. The home is beautiful with wonder views, close to many activities. The proximity to Heavenly Ski Resort's Stagecoach Lodge and Bolder lodge could not have been better. Planning to visit again for sure.
