"I almost didn’t booked after reading reviews. So glad I did very close to trains and Staten Island Ferry Parking close across street ticket is validated at discount fare. Front desk all very nice polite and professional. The room very clean no problems closely located to restaurants and shopping also CVS. "If you’re looking for fancy… this isn’t it. If you’re looking for budget friendly, convenient to the subway, close to downtown, small neighborhood.. this IS it. We have stayed twice and can’t wait to go back. The hotel itself is perfect for the price. Free parking is a huge plus. The staff is friendly. The rooms are simple but have very thing you need. The water pressure in the shower… incredible! The neighborhood is my favorite part. We love the pizza from Gravesend, We LOVE LOVE the halal chicken from the Finest Deli. We love bagels from sunset bagels. Stay here. You won’t regret it. "
